It has top of the line granite countertops and a large center island which seats three comfortably. There is massive storage above and below the endless countertops, under the island, as well as above the refrigerator. The kitchen also has a separate utility closet that can be used as a pantry. The 1100+ square foot rooftop is a quiet oasis with amazing unobstructed views of Manhattan. There are two distinct areas to entertain guests and it is set up with a gas line into the Weber grill, a water-line for plants and gardening, and shade sails to keep it cool and comfortable on those hot summer days. It is the perfect place to sit in the hammock and watch the sunset over the east river!
